4th of July

We had a busy and fun and somewhat productive 4th of July weekend. It started Friday and didn't end until Tuesday night. Poor Spencie was POOPED! He took two naps today.

On the productive end of things, we planted a bunch of flowers, (almost) finished putting in patio stone, finally hung Spencer's 18 month pictures (yep, he turns 2 next month; we're a little slow) and a few other household items.

On the fun side, we hung out w/ family and friends all weekend long. We went on a double date with some friends to see Transformers, had a few BBQs, did some piddly small fireworks, and went out on the river for the first time this summer.

Enjoy the pictures and video.....

Grandma Amy bought super long sparklers for Spenc, which he loved. He kept saying and signing "more."

Enjoying a nice ride on Scharmer's pontoon.

We stopped at a sandbar so Spencer could play. He had a traumatic face plant right into the Mississippi off the bat, so this was as far as he ventured for the most part.

That's a Coors NA, folks.

Spencer's big driving debut.
